Transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers agree to:

Provide accurate service descriptions.
Deliver services within the stated timeframe.
Communicate professionally.
Maintain required licenses or qualifications where applicable.
Deliver original work unless otherwise agreed.
Respect intellectual property rights.

Sellers may not:

Misrepresent services.
Sell illegal content.
Deliver malware or harmful software.
Violate applicable laws.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

Provide accurate project requirements.
Make payments through approved methods.
Respond promptly when information is required.
Review service descriptions before purchasing.

Buyers may not abuse refund requests or intentionally delay projects.

6. Orders and Payments

Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise specified.

7. Delivery

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant Martsi a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and distribute the content as necessary to operate the Platform.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Violate any laws.
Commit fraud.
Spam other users.
Upload malicious software.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Manipulate reviews.
Circumvent platform fees.
Infringe intellectual property.
Harass or abuse other users.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination.

13. Ratings and Reviews

Buyers may leave reviews based on genuine experiences.

Martsi reserves the right to remove:

Spam.
Manipulated ratings.

14. Account Suspension
